This was an absolutely horrific stay for me. The phones did not work all weekend, as well as the wi-fi which was crazy. No one said anything checking in. Then we were on the 4th floor and the elevator went out in the evening when the power was having problems. We were unable to go up and I have a cane and can't do stairs. When I told the worker that I couldn't do stairs and held my cane up as if I need to show that off, she shrugged her shoulders and walked off. No one kept us updated on the status and we had to keep asking as we sat in the lobby and everyone knew why we were there. Finally it was close to 11 PM and I guess if I wanted any sleep I would have to attempt the stairs. Luckily there were handrails on both sides that I could just grab both sides to help me up, awkward and painful! It is now 2 weeks out since this visit and my leg is still trying to recover from going up those stairs! I've had 6 surgeries on one leg and waiting for a surgery on the other. It was NOT ok for me to be treated like that. No one was trying to offer solutions or seem to care one bit that it was late, I was exhausted and in pain. I was very glad the elevators were working on the way down the next morning. Unsure when they were repaired in the night. But of course if we wanted to call the front desk, you would need to from your cell phone as the phones were not working. NOW on to the concert. I am REALLY MAD about that as well! I spent $700 on 2 tickets in the front row.

Please be assured that your message is important to us.The storm during your visit knocked out the power. It happened not once but three times. That series caused a stoppage for the elevators, and unfortunately, the elevator repair technicians did not make it to us until the early hours of the morning to repair them.At the same time, we were in the midst of an upgrade to our wifi system, and that was also impacted by the power outages. Unfortunately, the hotel can’t control weather related issues and the inconvenience that results from them. We do hope you are feeling better and that your upcoming planned surgery is successful. Without further details, it's difficult for us to comment regarding the concert because our front row is reserved for VIP guests. We do hope you will choose to visit us again in the future.

There aren’t a lot of options in the area and Legends is a great option.

Nice casino, with lots of nice slot machines. Received nice new member gifts of coupon book and free slot play. Restaurant provided delicious, plentiful food. Spacious room and bathroom.

The lamps with usb chargers are cheap and don’t work very well. They need better charging options in the rooms.
