Terrible experience
Publié le 12 juill. 2019 sur HotelsTerrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist and we were scammed.

Dear customer,
We are from Catalonia not Asturias. The Expedia web have a mistake with US postal Code (25750). We've taking a lot of time reclamation this situation anys they not answer us. We give tou suport because put a reclamation yo Expedia.
