Usually my first choice to go to but this stay was a little different, heard a lot of running in the halls, the phone didnt work and the tv kept turning off and keeping black screen. I understand things like this happen but when you pay $200 a night id expect for the tv to work at least

Had to drive a very long distance and could not get the rest I needed because a man was yelling and cursing through the hall at 2 am. We were on the 6 floor in room 616. Friday Jan 3 Not impressed at all. This man carried on again at 3 am.

Thehotel is fantastic, rooms are clean and modern... Pool is warm and clean... The front desk person, Asaf, fir no reason had an attitude and wasn't happy with my family... At the check in, asi don't havea credit card, he was refused to take my daughter's card or cash... He completely missed then we can make a security deposit by debit... Hotel 2 nights has been paid by PayPal via hotels.com Anyway, after a while he has agreed to take a deposit via debit... Thanks, God... He on a regular basis give the was using his attitude to show his power... Specifically to our 12 years old son... He was completely creating the rules for swimingpool, gym or pool table.. All this attractions has a rules on the walls... Pool cannot be uses child alone 12 or younger... Gym cannot be used for children 14 year or less without supervision... Pool table doesn't have any rools.. This front desk person created his own rules that everything should be used 18 or older... I was with my son in swimming pool and played thepool table game, no problem... But this person attitude or mood just ridiculous... I will be pleasedto recommend this hotel as is fantastic... But the management supposed to make the right choices... Nothing personal... I will always stay at this property...

Loved this hotel! Was very close to Canada's Wonderland and right beside Vaughan Mills. We loved the room and the kids loved the pool. Would definitely return.

Semen stains
Hello, hope all well. We always stay at Aloft when we visit the Vaughn Mills mall since it is right in front of it very convenient. We always enjoy our stay. However this time we got into our room and we were getting cozy and ready for bed when my wife looked at the sheets and though they smelt clean they had some dried up yellowish stains in an odd pattern.on the sheets. We could not tell if they were fresh or dried on there as we were not willing to investigate further. We decided to sleep fully clothed and on-top the blanket. I convinced my wife to stay the night regardless but she was in no way shape or form happy about it. I know we can't always be perfect. Some things slip by the cracks but if there are stains on the sheets and they won't come out. Let's chuck em and use a new set.
