Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a perfect place for 6 adults as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. If there were a 4th couple the 3rd bathroom would have needed to be shared as the 4th bathroom was downstairs and did not have a shower. The kitchen did not have a lot of cooking pans/utensils but we were able to make some excellent breakfasts with what was there!! It was a very comfortable space!

False advertisement
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe booked this “luxury spacious house” for our stay for 4 and were very disappointed. The house is spacious considering there are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath. But the interior and decor is FAR from luxury! The white bedding and towel aren’t white and the towel has a bad smell. The decor is dated and the house is in need of some touch up. Had the house advertised as spacious, then that’s fine because I wouldn’t have high expectations. But when it is advertised as “luxury” then this house didn’t deliver as promised. Certainly not at the price they charged!

We have high standards of quality and cleanliness to meet our customers needs with a reasonable price.
Unfortunately, we are not able to change entire bed sheets and furniture to a brand new sets for each check in which is unrealistic for this industry including hotel . Unfortunately, we can not meet Siu Man ‘s request during her stay.
However , we always ensure the fresh clean sheets , towels and functional and sufficient furnitures are delivered for each group of guests.

Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was the perfect house for our family visit to Toronto. The rooms were really nice; the kitchen was perfect and we enjoyed the house. It was easy to get to and in a great neighborhood with easy access to shopping and stores. The property manager was very responsive and made sure ever was easy for our visit.
