The drains in the bathroom, both sink and shower never drained…dirty water went everywhere, even out to the entrance door. Had 2 small children who required bathing but never got them done properly. When front desk was informed, their response was “well, we gave you fresh towels”…disgusting

It was horrible experience to stay in this hotel. I got hurt for the needle in the pillow. We reported the problem to the reception, and he knew the problem and it happened before. The worst thing is we got no follow up. No update, no sorry, no response explanation why there is needle in the pillow.
