my room had some sort of buzzer device, near the heater/thermostat, and it would cycle on and off all night, staying on for a few minutes each time, and interfering with sleep. My wake up call was for 6:30 am, which I got, but they also sent a wake up call at 6:00, which I had not asked for. I was told I would have a shuttle to the airport for 7 am. but it did not arrive til 7:20, and then the staff and driver tried to lie and say they HAD been there at 7 am, which was not true, since I was standing there ready at 6:50 and there was definitly no shuttle. They apologized and admitted they were running late. But- the room was very neat and nice, great bathroom facilities, good location.

The bed was good. Hotel had an awful aroma. We were on the 5th floor; in order to access the 5th floor you need to take two different elevators. Directly in the flight path of the airport; constant noise from airplanes travelling overhead. No security for parking garage; people in the hotel garage parking lot who are not guests at the hotel having a dance party on the top floor of the parking garage, also for a hotel with a very inconvenient location you would think parking may be included in your stay, it is not. Hotel is advertised as 3-star, 2.5 stars would be generous. Hallways were dirty and terribly constructed. No breakfast included.

The hotel was clean but it could really use a renovation. The staff were amazing there and there is a cute cafe on the main level called The Rolling Cup which we enjoyed so much.

Staff were super friendly! But The room had a bad smell to it almost like cigarettes but couldn’t put my finger on it - turned off the air conditioning thinking it was coming through the vents. The room was probably a 7/10 for cleanliness.
