COTTAGE IN THE CITY WITH RAVINE & PARK!

We love the outdoors. When we bought this place we were so happy with all the green that surrounds it. Just google map and look at the huge green space. If you like to take peaceful walks this is the place. Also, it is central to everywhere you want to go. Downtown to watch the BlueJays or your favourite baseball team, up north to Canada's Wonderland, East to Yorkdale Mall, west to City of Mississauga, and so so many restaurants to you can visit.

If you are thinking of travelling to Toronto, this is the place. This home is in Etobicoke and sits on a huge lot and backs onto a ravine and a river and has beautiful trails. There is parking for 5 cars. There is also parking for a large trailer or mobile home if needed. This property is also a walking distance to Pine Point Community Park with a skating rink & outdoor Tennis and an outdoor pool. And at the main intersection, you can go shopping to Cosco, Walmart, Asian Market, a mini mall, a large plaza with Hair Salon, Nail Salon, Dollarama, local bars and restaurants, bowling, and again, so many more fun places to visit. You can even take the subway!. We'll leave you a map with all the places you can go to just 2 - 10 minutes away! Need a tour guide? Need a rental car? Just let us know! Most importantly, this home is stunning and is perfect even if you just want to have fun indoors. Perfect for 2-3 families. You will not be disappointed.
