Never made it to the stay. Booked/paid in advance via Expedia. According to the checkin directions the property is supposed to send instructions via email 24 hours in advance, that never happened after repeated requests. We contacted Expedia they attempted to get a hold of the proper owner and couldn’t. The day of checkin after several phone calls/left messages and texts the property owners finally messaged us via text with a link to pay and asked me to send a picture of my ID. I relayed and sent a screen shot of our payment that we already paid through Expedia. They said there was a problem with our payment however our money minus cleaning fees clearly had already been collected. I did not feel comfortable sending them a picture of my ID and did not want to repay so we canceled and found other arrangements the day we flew in. Luckily we were able to find something last minute unknowingly to us Taylor Swift was in town so everything was expensive and limited. Do not recommend and surely would not rebook, a giant inconvenience and terrible way to start a trip, we are trying to recoup our money. Not sure why Expedia allows the post/property to stay on the site, very similar review prior to our booking.
