I like everything about the place. It was very clean, good location, nice neighborhood, and convenience. The landlord was very nice, friendly, accommodated, helpful. I really enjoy myself. I will always stay at this place any time I goes to Canada, once its available.

Guest was kinda noisy in other rooms .They would wake me early in the mornings out of my sleep with chatters in the kitchen but apart from that the host R&J was very welcoming and nice they made sure we were okay and give us all information we need. Place is clean and smells good .

Good room, no parking
Very clean, friendly hosts, comfortable bed. But this is a condo in the suburbs, so know what you are getting. Our room was advertised with a private bath, but it was actually a shared bath, so a bait and switch. And there is not enough parking, since it is in an overcrowded subdivision. We didn't mind the bathroom situation as much as the hassle of parking and being blocked in or blocking someone else in. We'd probably find something else if we had it to do over.

This only concern is the parking. We parked on the street. The owner helped us to register the car to the city per city's street parking polices. The location is very good especially is very close to new China town.
