We stayed on this property for four days. Immediately upon walking onto the property, there is an overwhelming moldy and musty smell. There is visible water damage along the bottom walls and flooring in the basement property.
There is no parking on property (at least not for us 1b 1ba) and that isn't obvious when booking this property. Fortunately, there is a parking lot across the street that can get pricey for long term parking.
The Internet was really spotty the first day but seem to resolved itself. The AC stopped working on day 3 despite being on 'ON' and the power switch on the panel being ON as well. It was fine during our stay as we weren't on site much. I got tired of emailing management and didn't pursue the matter further.
Since we were in the basement, we can hear all the stomping and noise from upstairs. It can get noisy.
The pros are that it's relatively clean, clean beddings, towels, and organized kitchen. The property is close to alot of restaurants and activities. Public transportation was also easy to access.

The house is in a great location, very easy to get to the top tourist sites in Toronto, but overall, very disappointing. The greatest disappointment is that we were required to take trash to a disposal spot that is 30 minutes away from the house. Also, the kitchen was poorly stocked, no water glasses and only 2-10" pans (both in poor condition).
In addition, the house is listed, to accommodate a family. We had 2 car, there was on-site parking for 1 car and we had to pay to park the other car.

it was a nice place but ants ended up showing up in the apartment. Was annoying constantly finding them everywhere.

The house was as stated, cozy. It was quite big with 5 bedrooms, a basement, and lots of space. It was in a safe neighborhood and very clean. The Global Stay staff answered my emails very quickly. It was great
