Vous ne devriez pas charger le stationnement a vos client. Je me suis senti volée.la chambre était beaucoup trop froide et impossible a réchauffer.
On a dû ferme le système de ventilation. Manque de serviettes. 2 pour une famille. C est pas assez.

We had an issue with the transport shuttle that was complimentary (it was already full when it got to our terminal and had already been waiting for it 20 minutes - it runs every 30 minutes). When the driver told us to wait for the next one in 30 other minutes we weren't satisfied with this delay (would have been a 50 minute wait for a five minute shuttle) and felt this was unacceptable because we only had 6 hours to spend in the room before our next connecting flight. I called the hotel and the front desk clerk told me he would fix this and that he would have the driver back again in 10 minutes, which he did (we ended up waiting 35 minutes total at the airport - considering the shuttle is at every 30 minutes, that felt like the best effort he could make and we were satisfied). Another couple of travelers were also waiting for the shuttle and were very happy that we tried to find a solution. The driver did come back but we got the impression that he was a bit unhappy about our demand as he didn't say hello, and did not interact at all with us. We understand that the shuttle's capacity and frequency isn't under his control but still, we wanted to mention it. I don't know if there is any solution to this but we kindly wanted you to know.

Dear Steve,Thank you for your feedback on your stay with us. We are disappointed that we were unable to meet your expectations on our shuttle service. While we do our best to accommodate every guest's needs, there are times when the shuttle does fill up and this could cause unfortunate delays. It does seem as though our team went over and above to try and find you a solution in the end. We will however speak with the shuttle company regarding the driver's attitude as providing a courteous and service friendly experience is a standard practice for us even in challenging circumstances.Hopefully we do have an opportunity to have you back with us again in the near future.Best Wishes,

Bon servive en général personnels accueillant emplacement optimal seul problème air climatisé tres brouillant et notre chambre etais vue sur restaurant il mets la musique tres fort jusqu'a des heures tres tardifs le soir
