Terrible experience with the management, we never actually saw the condo we booked, as our reservation was relocated at the last minute because the place was "not available for technical reason", we were offered an alternative in a very different location of the city. On arrival, supposedly self-check in, there was no way to enter the appartment and we had to wait for 3 hours, on the sidewalk with suitcases and children, while receiving cigarette butts from the top of the building, for someone from management to come open the door. Wet towels in the dryer, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, otherwise ok. No formal excuse and no refund for the trouble, haven't heard from management since...

The email communication was difficult. Spoke to different people all the time it seemed, hotel would be much easier.

Disappointing

Our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, the building had not received our registration, so Globalstay had to send it. We had to wait almost an hour to access the room. The TV did not work, and there was little toilet paper. This is not a hotel and has few services. We had to put our towels to wash when we left and found the washing machine was full of sheets from the previous guests. We also had to load the dishwasher and could not get it to start. We also had to throw out our garbage when we left. The only good thing was the location and the gym.

Management team has inspected the unit and tested the TV, it was working. It is not mandatory to load the washing machine and dishwasher, however we highly appreciate the help. Unit OK but not fun to stay

Property is ok not more. Check-in process is not easy as you have to text someone who in is turn talk to someone else, it took long time to get in. They ask cash deposit (not credit card hold, realle expense). The unit was small and smelling really bad. They let air dry the bedding sheets inside the closet making the unit extremely humide and smell bad. The sheets in the bed was also smelling really bad like it was forgeten wet in the washing machine for weeks. Only one shower towel was provided wich for us to share it. Theirs no towel renewal during our stay so one towel for 2 person for 3 days !! Price is excessive for what they offer.
