This property is in an excellent location to walk to Rogers and other areas downtown. It is very clean, well equipped and the hosts responded immediately to any communication. We loved our stay here.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The condo was very clean and exactly as described. Check-in process was super easy and there was very little to do upon check out. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a few blocks to the Rogers Centre and the CN tower. Can’t beat the location and price!!

NO HEAT!! They sent an email the day of check-in (long past the cancelation period) stating the A/C would be turned off and the heat would nor be turned on until 3 days later. Onlt 3 elevators for 48 floors. When I complained about a party after midnight, the hotel did not know what to do and sent me to walk ti building security for assistance. I cannot believe the price I paid for a weekend of this.

I would have liked to give this stay 5 star. Infact we enjoyed it. However upon returning we received a messaged from them saying they were keeping our damage deposit of 200 dollars and wanted more money because we burned a table outside and left ashes from Smoking on the deck. Firstly we did not use the balcony. And secondly we don’t smoke therefore this is impossible. When I explained this. They told me it had to be us as they take pictures and do inspections after every visit. This place is ridiculous. I am Not providing more money. And Expedia should not promote them

Great location
To get the “lake view” you had to lean out the balcony and had to close windows at night to keep the noise from the trains out, which surprised us as we were on the 42nd floor. Location was great with lots of restaurants and a grocery store close. Everything inside was great

Parking and initial entry a pain
Was told we could park there, but the spot was too small to park our truck. Had to park in a different location, paid over 65 dollars and than they give us a ticket in which we are challenging. Pain to get into the place as well

I did not even stay. I am expecting a full refund of all the money i have paid. I was there for less then an hour. My daughter and me left in tears. The one bed was broken. We we couldnt get into the parking garage with the fob it didnt work. When i went tonout the car backnon the street to go back in where i could find a spot to park the car the patling enforcement came along and told me if i left the car there o would get $120.00 ticket. There were drunk people all over the place from the blue jay game being loud and obnoxious. All we wanted to do was have a fun family day and it was ruined. I expect a full refund today of all the money i had to spend. It can all be refunded to the card i used to leave the deposit on

Very convenient for downtown locations - such as rogers center or the aquarium/CN tower. Very convenient for public transportation. Difficult check in as need the fob to get up the elevator but did not have the fob as it was in the room. Had to ask multiple people to help us prior to gaining entry to our floor - Did go up all the stairs but only unlocked at level 10 and room was level 12. Room as also not the same as pictured in the Advertisement however was just as nice just not the same furniture / balcony different then pictured. Not fully equipped for cooking meals - no pans, no oven mitts, no strainer.. pot was dirty/burnt therefore unable to be used. Also found it odd that there was laundry in dryer when we arrived.. I had to fold this and put this away, could have left it there but wanted to use the amenities. Only 2 laundry pods as well therefore had to purchase some.

It was close to Tim Horton's but it was more than a 7 minute walk to the Rogers I didnt like that thsrewas wet rowels ha gung in the bedroom closet whe there is a wasger o site.centre.
