There were bed bugs and the customer service asked me to stay in an infested place while they "found a solution". I left immediately.

Property definitely needs some “love”. Beautiful views, comfy bed. However the bathroom wasn’t super clean, and looks like an old apt bathroom. The price is right, but I would have preferred paying more to have a nice and clean bathroom. Elevators are also a disaster, lining up and long waits to get up

Very poor experience overall starting with a broken elevator which made meetings difficult. Very poor wifi which could not support zoom calls and barely support web surfing, A slow drain and a non working shower. Also I realized they gave me a lower tier room when a bigger one was paid for. And very poor customer service when complaints were made. Do not stay.

The first day I got there I noticed the bathroom was not very clean. Pee on the toilet, soap scum in the bath. I can deal with that. Later when I came back after grabbing dinner, somebody had entered the room when i was gone, took apart the fan coil in the wall beside the bed, and let it wide open with the screws all over the floor. When i phoned and texted the numbers left I got no response. I emailed Globalstay and they stated it was against policy to enter without notice. After that they have completely blown me off, ignoring the fact the room was still in shambles right until I left. No answers at all. I felt extremely exposed knowing somebody could see when I wasn't there (camera?) and came in, moved my things and left me a mess to walk over for 4 days. Globalstay was absolutely ZERO help. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

This stay could have been easily a 5 star however here is the pros and cons of my stay. 1. Responsive team to calls/emails 2. Beautiful location near the CN tower and beautiful view from 51st floor. 3. Walkable location Cons 1. Poor communication. We weren’t told exactly which tower we would be staying at and the proper floor. They communicated that via phone not email, and it was hard to understand. It took us 40 mins. 2. We had to obtain the key to the condo from a bench with over 40 lockboxes and not knowing exactly which one we are supposed to open. It took us 40 mins to finally locate the right one. 3. It took us 45 minutes during checkout to get down from the 51 floor to the bottom as there was only one working elevator and it was full every time it arrived. We had to go down 21 stairs with our suitcases and luggage to catch the low rise elevator. 4. We paid for parking and before we arrived we were told that the parking isn’t available. After we found alternative parking, they told us it’s now available. This ended up making us pay more for parking that anticipated. Although they did refund us the payment for the parking. 5. I am not sure if they are even allowed to operate part of Expedia part of the towers policy. Like i said earlier. This could have easily been a 5 star review. But the following issues made it a 3.

This was a great location. Right by the Harborfront and Union Station. It's a tiny apartment but met our needs. There were a few things about the apartment that were uncomfortable but all in all it was a great place to stay.
