The microwave was too dirty. The place smells like indian food and it makes our clothes smell like food. There are charges if we dont bring the trash bags outside. So we have to bring it with us in the car and throw it somewhere else. There is no temperature control which makes us really cold the entire stay.

As we have a large number of short term reservations, we cannot rely on city garbage disposal, as the amount accumulates incredibly fast. The Global Star staff are rude ! they won’t answer the telephone to speak directly to you , they don’t explain thing’s clearly and all extra charges such as “ damage deposit “ “ pet charge” you must pay by PayPal or something similar or they won’t allow you access to the property. I sat in the driveway for 2 hours waiting to obtain access after a 14 hour drive and my booking was fully paid thru Expedia prior with confirmation code etc .even the owner of the property who lives upstairs told me I should complain and he advised that this happens regularly !!!

We also send the requirements to guests directly after the confirmation of the reservation. We only provide check-in instructions after all the requirements are met. Nice living room and bright bathroom! But this is not a hotel. There is not enough supplies provided. You might need to bring the toilet paper, tissue paper and paper towels. They provide washer but no detergent.

Amazing place to stay
