First time staying here was great. When we walked in there was alive DJ playing, welcoming atmosphere. Looks very clean, new and inviting. Our room was unfortunately right beside the elevators, so it was a bit noisy. Room seems soundproofed, but the door definitely is not. Beds weren't super comfy. The mattresses were a bit hard, one was comfier than the other. Blankets and pillows were all nice and clean though. Bathroom was very nice and also clean. There was a decent amount of counter space to use, and the shower was decently sized. Mini fridge was helpful to store extra water and drinks we bought from the store, but there are a couple small bottles provided for you. The hotel being connected right next to the casino was great if we wanted dinner options as they have a food court plus a few separate restaurants. There is also a grab and go bar that serves drinks and food right next to the hotel elevators. Pool was closed at the time so wasn't able to check it out. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was a bit confusing and difficult to finally find a spot, and also figure out what entrance to use, but once you figure it out it's pretty easy to remember. Getting an uber was a bit tricky as I think there are multiple entrances from the building so finding the correct entrance was a bit confusing.

greedy policies - better not be late
I arrived after midnight and was told my room was no longer available and I would need to pay a no show fee. This was for a pre-paid room. That apparently they checked someone else into. After a lengthly flight delay this was an extremely unpleasant welcome.
