We could hear the music of the couple in next room most of the night, then hear them arguing and banging door in and out at 230 am until 330 am then woke up to them having terrible loud sex at 7:45 am at which time we decided to check out although we didn’t plan on leaving until 11 am as it was our anniversary. Horrible evening and night.

Hotel was clean, convenient, staff were professional. My only disappointment was the checkin process. Checkin time was 4:00 pm, which is fine, but there were only 2 staff, and a lineup of ten people resulting in a long wait.

Beautiful lobby with friendly staff! Our room was great, clean and cozy. The shower was killer! Only thing that was not great was the homeless sleeping in the parking garage and out in front of the building.

I like the fact that restaurants are in the hotels .So you don't have to go out to eat. Also that they have a happy hour. And love how the pool are indoors.Also.Andreas was really helpful to us. Anything we need to now about tourist attraction he help us with. He was great.

There was an alarm and loud announcement that went off for almost an hour last night after midnight. I understand alerting us, but the message did not need to be repeated many many times. And then the all clear message was also repeated multiple times. The walls were also super thin. There was a couple having a massive fight in the room next to me and I could hear every word.
