Our space is a stylish modern unit with all new furniture and appliances, located in the heart of downtown Toronto.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Guests have full access to the entire unit, including the balcony. Building amenities are not allowed to be used by guests, however, there are several great activities to enjoy in the surrounding area that are fun and easy to access.

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius.

➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may potentially result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.

Great location and ammenities
This property was a really wonderful location. We loved the grocery store on the first level. Well stocked apartment and great for our family trip. Host was easy to communicate with. We had trouble finding the key fob at first but she responded quickly to our questions. Only reason for four stars was that we found the mattresses to be uncomfortable so if you are a picky sleeper this may not be the property for you.

Great location but....
Overall this is a great location. Lots of people have mentionned the confusing check in process and I will add to that. Wandering around in a parking garage with confusing instructions was not a pleasant experience. The condo itself was nice and seemed clean. There was a smart tv however it can only be used with your Netflix account. There is no access to any channels. Also they advertise a gym but then say the building amenities can not be used by guests. ??? The listing should be updated.

Spent 4 nights to take in some Jays games and tour around Toronto. 10 minute walk to Roger’s Centre. Unit was clean and well stocked with coffee, bathroom items, laundry detergent etc. There is a good grocery store on the ground level of this building. 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Living area is small and suitable for a 2 person stay. It would be tight for 2 couples.

Great place in the heart of Toronto
The place was just as advertised and communication with the property manager was great. Very convenient location. Liked having the Farm Boy mkt right there in the bldg. Check in was fairly easy. They did leave explicit instructions although still had a little trouble finding the location of the lockbox but nothing major. Thank you for a nice clean place to stay and just as advertised - appreciate that!

The location could not have been more perfect - walking distance to the Rogers Centre and CN Building, right on the streetcar line (which gave us access to lots of other great neighborhoods and restaurants), a grocery store in the building, and across the street from the delightful STACT Market!

Good and Not So Good
Loved the condo and its location. Had some issues with the logistics and instructions. Was given incorrect address to parking garage (East vs. West) and ended up on the other end of the city. Parking garage was confusing. The numbered parking spots were not arranged sequentially, and it made it difficult to find. Turning in the key fob was difficult as the lock box was gone, and the condo concierge wouldn't take it. The building manager was responsive and always answered our calls. This was very helpful when we were in bit of a panic. I would recommend this property, especially if you are not driving here.

This is a nice property in the heart of downtown, about 15 mins (walking) from CN Tower, Roger Center. There is grocery store (Farm Boy), in the building which has Hot foods, Salads etc., so easy its convenient. Also a 24/7 bagel shop right below in the tower. You get a free parking with this Rental. Please make sure to view the videos that the host will send to you for Self Check in, parking, Key fob retrieval as it can be slightly confusing. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The condo was stocked with all basic needs like Towels, Paper towels, Trash bags, Soap, Tea, Coffee, utensils etc. There were 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
