Condo confortable , à proximité de tout. Dommage pour la qualité des serviettes et draps, propre mais taché..la qualité de l entretien ménager laisse à désirer. La baignoire étais bloqué donc on a pris une douche les pieds dans l eau , très désagréable ...

Our reservation was changed at the last minute, and this wasn't the unit or even the building that we had reserved. The bed was not very comfortable, and there was no reading light in the bedroom or top sheet on the bed. The unit was very sparsely furnished. Check-in and check-out procedures were not very clear, especially when given last minute info on the phone while driving in downtown Toronto looking for a parking lot.

Nice location - easy walk to downtown offices and restaurants and such. Safe - manned security desk and key fob entry to the building. The condo is a nice size and configuration for one or two people, the bed and bedding was very comfortable and nice. The place was very clean (but for some sticky something on the bed side table). Once we communicated on check-in/check-out, it was relatively easy (you go to a convenience store on the corner and there is a "key safe" kind of thing on the wall just inside the door. Communication on check-in was NOT good - they had me confused with another patron and dictated a time (4pm) to meet for key exchange that was not convenient for me, only to find out 10 minutes after I got there about the confusion and that I had a self-check in that I could have done at any time. No apology was offered. Condo would benefit from some minor upgrades: There were multiple remotes for the TV/cable box (and no instructions) that took some time to figure out. The kitchen boasts ONLY the basics in terms of tools and pots/pans, etc. The towels are very small, but there are plenty of them. There were no kleenex. The shower curtain was dark brown and not hanging on all hoops, so it was very dark in the shower and kind of breezy. The hairdryer sucks

It had NOT been cleaned when we arrived and we had to get them to clean it. In fact is was very dirty on arrival which was very off-putting. It is NOT stylish at all. They only give you one key which was awkward as the 2 of us had different things were doing. The bathroom was old and very small. The kitchen had barely what we needed. The bed fills the bedroom so sleeping on the far side meant it was awkward to get past the bed to get out. Its location is good for theatre etc.I think you would do better at the Hilton Garden Inn or the Residence by Marriott both 1-2 blocks away unless you really want to cook for yourselves. There are nearby food stores for shopping which is good too.

Everything you need and want, great price

Instructions were super easy to follow, and the place was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was right by all the things we wanted to check out! The bed was comfortable, and the soak tub was amazing- not something you typically get at this price. We were snowed in and needed to stay an additional day and he was quick to respond with another place to stay. Helped us get into the new building and made sure we were settled. We will definitely be using micasa suites again if we're in downtown Toronto.
