Decent property with basic amenities. Two major complaints….this property advertises it has free breakfast and that is not true. The hotel offers vouchers for every day of your stay to get coffee, toast, and cereal/watery oatmeal. For ACTUAL breakfast, there is an $8 up charge per person for eggs, sausages, and hashbrowns (actually dinner food). Considering that I booked this hotel for “free” breakfast makes the property a disappointment.
Second issue…all keys deactivate probably around check out time regardless if you’re staying for multiple nights. Not a big issue if you like going to the front desk everyday.
Otherwise, clean property, close to Canada’s Wonderland and restaurants. Would not be staying here again until they fix these glaring issues.

If you are looking for a motel like hotel, where you don’t mind horrible customer service and bugs then this place is just right for you. However, if not my stay here was terrible, customer service for the morning shift was the worst. Also found bed bugs which I think is the most scariest thing. Lastly, the manager was very nice. But I won’t be going back to this hotel 😳
