2 bedroom + 2 office spaces + 2.5 bathrooms in open spacious townhouse in a quiet complex with easy quick access to major highways (404 and 401). Beautiful rooftop patio for relaxing, socializing or having a glass of wine. Office spaces can be used for work from home roles or as additional rooms for larger groups. Living room couch converts to a pull out and queen size air mattress available. Full kitchen. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

The space:
This newly developed complex is quiet and away from the busy road. This unit faces into a courtyard with a small parkette. The house is clean, spacious and newly decorated with care. The rooftop patio us perfect to soak up the sun or enjoy a relaxing evening.

Other things to note:
There is a basement unit with a completely separate entrance that is seperated from the rest of the house by a locked door (locked on both sides). It is occupied by a quiet and respectful tenant.
We respectfully ask that quiet time starts at 10:00pm and that noise is kept to a minimum on the main floor.
