I pick the rooms with the two bunk beds as they are more suited to heavier folk. The shower is spacious and works well.

Staff was not good didn’t even provide drinking water only option was in room drink water from bathroom tap

Hello NirmalThe hotel does not provide bottle of water. You booked a dorm at 25. You can drink water from the tap , it clean water in Canada. You could also buy a bottle of water at 1 at dollar store.thank you

Jamal was an excellent host. He was always on site and at our beck and call. Contact was provided before our stay with clear concise instruction. Recommended, excellent location for seeing downtown Toronto.

Worst hostel experience of my life

I deserve the nightmare I experienced at this hostel for not heeding the warnings about how bad this place is from other reviewers. First off, good luck getting a hold of the shady people who run this dump. I had to abandon this place due to being eaten alive by bedbugs. Hotels.com tried contacting them to get a refund but they did respond, avoiding all emails and phone calls. The people who run this place are very rough around the edges and have no experience or training in dealing with patrons/guests. The man especially is extremely rude and nasty. I will have to escalate this legally in order to get my money back considering I had to leave almost a weeks early and they are refusing to answer Hotels.com in order to issue a refund.

Hello CindyWe did clean the room and washed your belonging for free. 2 days before your reservation end , you asked for a full refund. We did refused and we did spoke to hotel.com and they did agreed with us. The " man " ,who helped you, was not nasty or rude, he just told you it is not possible to have a full refund but did agree to have all your clothes washed for free. thank you!

2泊目からシャワー室を修理で使えないので管理室のシャワーを使用可能とのことでしたが使うことが出来ず事情を聞くと3泊目から隣の部屋のシャワーを使ってくれとの事。 キッチン室や休憩室がないので余りオススメ出来ない。
