The property was in a nice location, the reception looks recently renovated and was appealing. The elevators were almost about to breakdown and took lots of time to open at the destination. The rooms were so old and could use a renovation.

Great location! Good access to downtown, loved the clean rooms and comfy bedding and pillows! Staff was very nice friendly and professional.

3-Star Hotel with a beautiful facade parading as 4-star. A La Carte everything, pricey on-site restaurants, elevators that didn’t work (broken), or were running very slow in a high rise building (had to take the dank, dirty, dark emergency exit stairs because there aren’t any regular staircases) from a high floor because elevators were not operating. No doormen despite non-working rotary entrance; no bellman; no luggage carts, but pay-for a la carte valet service available. Understaffed front-desk staff was slammed with holiday weekend guests. Need for extra staffing should have been anticipated by management. Check-out line was long and desk staff were obviously stressed. “Expedited Check Out” consisted of dropping your room key-cards in a box with a slot on top. Waiting to see what we’ll be “nickled and dimed” for without being able to review and approve our bill. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. The sheer curtains were shredding from sunlight and age. Carpeting felt somewhat sticky. Wore flip-flop slippers in-room.

Dear Lisa,Thank you for your feedback.We'll share your thoughts on the pricing to the third party operating the restaurant. We do understand that at the moment there is only a la carte menu and that buffet breakfast might have been better, we'll let them know of this as well and that hopefully there will be buffet breakfast in the near future.Our elevators do need some upgrade and the repair and replacement are actually underway and we are also looking forward to its completion. Thank you for bringing to our attention the emergency exit stairs and we'll work on adequate lighting as well as keeping this area tidy. Staffing can be a challenge and it does affect our operations. We are doing our best to get our hotel teams with sufficient and caring members to serve our guests.We have noted also your feedback on our guest room and we are glad that you find the bed and bedding clean and comfortable. Carpet cleaning is definitely to be scheduled and we'll also look into replacing the sheers.Thanks again for your feedback.
