The property flooded while I was there. The concert I was in town for also rained out. I was so exhausted from driving all night and standing in the rain waiting for the show that I didn’t care about the flooding or the sound of the built in sump pump( so it must happen often) banging away and slept. I was awoken by loud conversation at 8am and quickly left the property. The lady who checked me in was nice. Other than that I feel like a refund is in order.

I am sorry for the experience but it’s not our fault . It’s the contractor who cut the hose or pipe when they installed the tiles on stairs outside which caused the flood in basement bur they fixed right after the thunderstorms yesterday.

Ok but improvements needed
Posted Aug. 4, 2024 on HotelsA last minute trip to Toronto. Solo traveller. Communication was hit and miss. I found the cleanliness in the bedroom and the shared toilet and shower room was pretty poor. Huge smell coming from the owners kitchen when they cooked.
Positive was that the location was good and the parking was free and convenient.

Besides great location , many restaurants on pond rd are 5 minutes away by walking . That’s not owner’s kitchen . The kitchen with utensils, laundry with detergent are provided for guests besides bath with shampoo and soup . There is door between the kitchen and guests’ rooms . There is no kitchen smell outside kitchen .

Our place is clean quiet with security devices . There is central air in summer and central heating in winter . It’s set up 22.5 C auto . Guests can access kitchen with utensils , laundry with detergent besides bathroom with shampoo and soap . If guests have any questions , guests can feel free to ask us .
