the staff gives excellent service, the site is very good, the chrome was perfect but the cleanliness on the plinths there was dirt, dust, the mirror door the bottom of the mirror with the metal really dirty and the view of the room between two buildings was very dark so no view and very weak outside light, for the rest beautiful place

Nous avons grandement apprécié organisation (section cuissinette est un ), personnel très courtois, petit déjeuner diversifié ! Le lit escamotable a besoin d'un peu d'amour. Nous retournerions à cet endroit.

Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et prêt à faire tout son possible pour vous rendre service.
Sérieux, hyper réactifs, ils ont tout fait pour trouver des solutions rapides et efficaces lorsqu'un souci se présente (avion annulé par exemple).
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, Joëlle et toutes les autres personnes dont je n'ai pas retenu le nom.

Close to the Jays Stadium which was the main reason of our trip to Toronto.
Breakfast was a bit difficult: Too many people and just a few places.
