We had a room not in the main tower, but pool level. Had a nice outdoor private patio. The interior needs updating. It was clean and comfortable. Great being so close to the pool.

For the last hot days of summer the pool is the best!!! The acomodations were ok, but the house cleaning wasn’t the most efficient. Very well place !

This was a great location! The staff was also amazing and very friendly. Our room was big, clean, and had a great view of the city. This hotel was also super dog friendly! Highly recommend!

Check-in is always a hassle as they blame 'third party booking' problems. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Pool area needs some work, tiles missing and hair clumps all over. Although its indoor and outdoor the water is still pretty cold.

Hotel was great, but room was noisy
The hotel itself was lovely, but our room was right across the street from an festival event space that played loud music until 11PM. If you're an early-to-bed, early-to-rise person, you might want to inquire whether there is a room that doesn't face the festival space next to City Hall. It was very hard to sleep!
