Maybe because we are not too much to date with technology, we could not find the enter code of the building since it was not showing on our confirmation communication. We got help from an outside person...Other than that, the room was to our complete satisfaction.

Great location across the street from subway station. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. The only thing it needed was a chair. I didn't like having nowhere to sit other than the bed.

My room was clean, had a nice shower but also a grim atmosphere created by terrible lighting and the cheapest carpeting of anywhere I have ever stayed. The mattress felt rubberized. There is no soundproofing on the rooms and my door was unlocked and ajar when I arrived. I texted the management to let them know and never heard back.
