This property is in a fantastic location if you want to explore on foot. Close to airport. Parking is tough in Toronto but a municipal lot that is reasonably priced is just a few blocks away. Nick covers all the bases when you get there and gives you plenty of tips. Although the spot is in a pretty dense area, it is surprisingly quiet at night, even when sitting outside on the rooftop. There is a cop shop across the street but despite this, they are not a heavy handed or even very visible presence, but I would think it makes the location at least a bit safer. I was here on business and stayed with my business partner and we would both book it again

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house was cleaned and comfortable! I’ll stay there again when I have a chance.

We liked the location. We appreciated the owner assisted with the TV and allowed us to check in early to accommodate our plans. We liked having the washer and dryer to clean our clothes when we stained them. Overall very nice place. I would recommend having extra pillows and blankets available in each room.

It was easy and seamless check in. All keyless entry and I got a unique door code as they can generate a random code for each new guest. Walking distance to a lot of great bars and restaurants as well as public transportation

this property has one bathroom only not two. this is false advertising. Also is not a ‘delux city view’. The place was fine but no view.

This suite has only 1 bathroom and is advertised on multiple platforms as a 2bedroom 1bathroom Suite including the official website. This was an error on the Expedia Website. When the guest pointed this out at checkin, we offered to cancel the reservation wth a full refund. The guest indicated he wished to stay and we waive the 100 cleaning fee due at checkinUnfortunately we are unable to control how the property is advertised through the Expedia Network of companies The information provided was correct and the glitch has since been fixed. This guest is not representative of a typical guest staying at this property. Guest was rude, condensing and despite attempts to rectify the issue and accepting compensation still complained.Unfortunately a guest that no matter what you do or offer to resolve any issues will never be satisfied.

The owner of the property seemed like he was obviously on something and really agressive from the start, i informed him of a unsafe window that the opener is broken where if you open it it will not close (had to pull it closed not easy) was told im stupid and dont know how to use it. This was the worst experience i have EVER had anywhere i have ever stayed at.

Unfortunately this guest has totally misrepresented the facts. The issue has nothing to do with a window. This guest was asked to leave the property after we received a complaint from another guest complaining that there was a disturbance in the upper suite. This guest was very concerned because there was a lot of yelling, foul language and the threat of violence.The property manager attended and found that the guests were continuing yelling and that in fact there were other persons attending the property that should not be there. The group was in an intoxicated state. The guest was asked to leave. He then became confrontational and threatening. At this point the local police were called and this guest was escorted off the property.Although this situation is rare, the property will not accept this behavior from guests when they are disturbing the quiet enjoyment of other guests or threatening the safety and well being of our staff. We make no apologies for this unacceptable guest behavior regardless if the guest wishes to leave a poor review to justify his conduct.
