C'était bien comme chambre.. ♡
Une belle suite 2 étages ! Plus un gros gros bain tourbillon !!! Le lit pas terrible cote confort .. mais pour 1 nuit.. c'était parfait 😀

Arrivée à 1h du matin suite à un vol de correspondance cancellé, accueilli par un commis d’une arrogance comme j’en ai rarement vu. Il a tout de suite constaté qu’il y avait une erreur de date à ma réservation fait 30 minutes plus tôt, il a immédiatement poursuivi: « appelez Expedia, ils vont m’appeler mais je refuserai la modification. »
Il m’a donc fait payer une seconde nuitée pour me donner accès à ma chambre si salle que j’ai dormi avec mes vêtements. Un couvre-lit taché de blanc séché (if you know, you know), des poils dans les serviettes, une vieille odeur de cigarette masqué par du patchouli, et j’en passe.
Bref, j’aurais dû dormir sur les bancs de l’aéroport. Ça m’aurait évité de payer 300$ pour un motel insalubre et j’aurais été mieux traitée.
**J’ai appelé le service à la clientèle d’Expedia; ils ont contacté l’hôtel et le même Commis leur a effectivement refusé toute modifications à ma réservation.

The place really quiet. Everything you need is around the Super 5 Inn. The receptionist gave us an excellent service. We recommend.

The service was excellant and the hotel was very calm. We couldn’t hear other rooms when we were in ours.
