I’d give this hotel a solid 10 out of 10 for its amenities, services, and food. The only bummer is the location. It’s close to all the hot tourist spots, but being near a hospice and park can make it feel a bit unsafe with homeless folks around. If you’re used to that kind of environment, you probably won’t mind it. But if not, you might want to think twice. Overall, it’s definitely worth it. Thanks!

The staff here was so friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate. I read reviews complaining about the homeless. All Big cities have homeless, and it wasn't an issue for us. Highly recommend this Toor in Downtown Toronto.

Hotel was beautiful as were the rooms, you are living right in the downtown core so you will get the usual downtown noises from a city that never sleeps. It’s close to a hospital so you might get some ambulance or police sirens. Beds are comfortable and I’d come back again for sure
