You are renting the entire space including the main floor, upper level, and basement lower level.

Our property is situated in the neighbourhood of Downtown Yonge East, located just east of Yonge Street.

Please make sure to leave everything as it was upon arrival. Please do not move any furniture to prevent property damage which may lead to possible charges. Please note a $1000 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your payment method during your stay.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. As this is a TOWNHOUSE, we are quite close to neighbours who are sensitive to smoke. If you must smoke or vape, please take a stroll around the neighbourhood. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in penalties up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Also, no more than the stated guests may stay overnight. We have close neighbours and live nearby so we want to ensure we have quiet and respectful guests.

We have zero tolerance for violations of house rules.

Lovely place to stay
This property was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were well appointed, the bedrooms were simple with great storage and privacy. Both kitchens were well stocked and there were more extras than expected. It is located on a lovely street and was close to a lot of restaurants, stores and transit!

Band mom weekend
I hosted my daughter and her bandmates, who were in town for a show. The property was great. We had a couple of glitches with a security alarm and a blown fuse, and the host responded immediately to resolve the issues. The host also checked in regularly to ensure everything was okay. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Had the weather been better, this would have been a perfect stay - it's a great location to walk around (sadly it rained/snowed for most of our visit). We had minor issues with broken furniture but other than that the house was great! Easy check in and clean.

We had a great time in Toronto! The house was close to many restaurants and the downtown area. The house was spacious and clean. Rooms were good, and the back yard was nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent experience all around.
We had six in the house and easily could have had more. The house is really well appointed and truly centrally located. Just show up and do your thing. We rode public transit everywhere except that a lot of things were close enough to walk. We visited St. Lawrence market, CN tower, Elgin Wintergarden, Casa Loma, Chinatown, Eaton Centre and more. All six of us would 100% stay here again.

Our family had a very nice stay here in downtown Toronto. Lots of space (3 stories) so we were able to spread out. Very good central location and one of very few houses to rent in Toronto. Worked very well for us.

Very Unique Property
Overall this was a good property in old Toronto. The Checkin/out process and communication with the host was great. Even though it says 11 minutes to downtown (Rodgers) it took closer to 45 minutes with traffic. The house itself was very unique as it was built in 1890 with many of the original hardware still intact. Our only issues with the house were based on cleanliness. There were lots of spiderwebs and dust, things like red sticky stuff in the carpet and yellow gook on the wood blinds. The floor definitely was not vacuumed between guest and I'm not sure the bedding was washed either as we found things like hair in the sheets, bobby pins and garbage on the floor as well as in the front and back yard like disposable cups and cigarette butts. The mattresses on the beds were very hard but ok to sleep on and the bedding was comfortable. Other than that we did enjoy our stay. Bonus points for the most adorable Reggie Racoon that visited us every evening - cutest thing ever!
