Le par terre était horriblement sale, nous avons passé plusieurs fois la serpillière pour que le sol ne soit pas collant, les serpillières étaient dégelas. Concernant les draps non ne parlons pas de côté hygiène, c'est vraiment la catastrophe.

Everything works with keypad and code that was so cool ! It was the first time that no one was at the entrance and they send you an email with all codes and details.

Le plancher était très sale et collant. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait que dans le salon/cuisine. Aucune fenêtre dans la chambre #2.

Disapointing stay: no service and no hot water

Hotel particulier, aucune personne physique présente sur place. seul contact se fait par courriel et message text. Le "manager" demande quotidiennement si tout va bien mais lorsqu'on lui dit qu'on a un problème il ne répond plus. ca semble etre un message robot. Très décu car je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude dans la douche pendant mes 2 nuits et malgré mes relances, on ne m'a jamais répondu. J'ai également demander du matériel de repassage (table et fer), jamais eu de réponse non plus. Pour le reste la chambre est moderne et propre... difficile à apprécier sans le service minimum et de l'eau chaude!
