Beaucoup beaucoup de cheveux sur les planchers, dans le lit et le bain et même des ongles dans l’evier de salle de bain. Nous avons dû demander à la préposée de venir faire le ménage. Le qualificatif de Palace....on repassera!!!

Pour : Situé près d'un métro. Prix abordable pour Toronto.
Contre : Lit adéquat et ajout de personnel pour le ménage.
Parait très bien mais salubrité de la salle de bain , entre autre , laisse à désirer. Le pire lit de ma vie, dès que nous bougions, le lit craquait!

One thing: make sure you check your reservation. I booked a 1 king and 2 twin bed room and when We got there, we had two beds. When I showed the owner my reservation - he said my room is not available in Winter.?? How could I reserve it then?
Regardless- we were put in the family suite and charged more money but it was not much more.
I plan to stay here again in the future!!

All good, except the person receiving guests had to use a translation app. It would be much better to have someone on site who can speak English or French.

No signs indicating it is a hotel. Building hidden by trees. Parking entrance not visible and for only 4 cars.
Cleanliness lacking. Breakfast limited to toast and coffee.
Eggs raw.

youre not telling the truth, lf lt's the truth , why do you want to be anonymous? what are you worried about? The price is 109 yuan per night, l try to serve a cood breakfast, lf the cost is too high, you can't afford to eat me, l sere, hardboiled eggs, toast, cake, dessert, banaqna, fruit, milk coffee,cha, sausage, oatmeal,butter,coffee and tel is free 24 hours

Nice stay
Publié le 1 févr. 2020 sur HotelsThis hotel is a mansion that has been restored beautifully it’s just lacking in the small details needed to make the stay great. The owner is very nice and friendly. Communication is through an electronic translator which isn’t an issue. The room was large and clean. There were only 2 towels no washcloths or face towels. King size bed had 2 pillows and I could have used another 2 pillows. There was no bath mat so I had to use a towel after getting out of the shower. No lamps only lights were switches on the wall needing to get out of bed to shut them off. There are no amenities soap, shampoo etc. There is a large bottle shampoo in the shower but I wouldn’t feel comfortable using it being that it’s been opened and used many times. Nice soaker tube we could not use for because a sign saying it was broken. Which appeared to be brand new and clean. In the description of the room that is one of the points that it has a soaker tub. Location is great. We walked to the symphony and out to eat, 13 minutes from the airport. It was a nice stay just not great.
