We do have some firm mattresses and some softer ones. If you checked your mattress you would see that it is not old. Some styles suit some customers, other styles suit other customers. We get requests for softer beds when people stay in rooms with orthopedic mattresses. Its all a matter of personal choice. If you would have told us while you were staying here that you found the bed too soft, we could have swapped your bed with a firmer mattress from another room as we can appreciate that an unsuitable bed can ruin a holiday experience. Please remember that we want all our guests to enjoy their stay so never be afraid to ask.

Publié le 25 juill. 2015 sur Hotelssaubere,helle und grosszügige Wohnung mit gut ausgerüsteter Küche.Viele Broschüren für die Umgebung vorhanden. Das warme Wasser steht nicht 24 Stunden zur Verfügung,dies ist störend.

Contre : Updating of interior, redoing the bathroom facilities, an overflow parking area would be good when place is fully booked
Emplacement : Kents Cavern & shops as well as the Kents gastropub are 5 minutes walking distance , short drive to Model Village and cliff railway
Chose hotel due to reviews then found it did not meet expectations. Bed was great but bathroom was uncomfortable to use, the shower guard was not sealed and leaked on the floor, regular problem evidenced by the bubbles under the lino-which was not clean. Felt in the middle of improvements as it have just changed management. Limited parking facilities

Anstey's Lea Hotel in Torquay
Publié le 4 oct. 2011 sur HotelsStandard of cleanliness left a lot to be desired including discarded toiletry wrapping found in bathroom from previous occupants. Also surprised to find on our return from a day out that they had not even bothered to make the bed. We did not complain as we are not averse to making our own bed but its not what you expect when staying in a hotel This just about sums up the standard of service to expect if you stay here.

Das Hotel ensprach der Beschreibung, ausser dem Aussenpool der leider nicht zu finden war. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.
