Great place to stay

The room was clean and comfortable and our host was available if needed but not intrusive. Breakfast was more than adequate in quantity and the quality of the cooked breakfast was excellent. I can't fault it at all, we had a three night stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this B&B.

Publié le 20 juin 2023 sur HotelsWonderful stay at headland view, would highly recommend staying here if in the Torquay area. Lovely views across the sea from our rooms and the breakfast area in the morning. Nothing was ever a bother from the management of the hotel. Thanks again.

Nice little hotel on Babbacombe cliff
Publié le 13 juin 2023 sur HotelsThis small hotel (just six rooms) is a friendly place. We have stayed here on a number of occasions and always received a very warm welcome.
Rooms are always clean. They are quite small but provide everything required. Note that all rooms are up stairs and there is no lift.
Beakfast is adequate.
There is a space at front to unload luggage and on street parking not far away.

Publié le 17 août 2022 sur HotelsFantastic position, very clean, excellent breakfast with good choices, lots of attention to detail like extra milk and cold water in fridge whenever needed. Close to lot of restaurants and bars. Good local bus service close by. Plenty of parking in adjoining streets or in car park directly behind hotel (£9 for 24hrs). Would highly recommend this hotel.

Headland View
Publié le 19 août 2021 sur HotelsGreat location, however, on arrival we were told there was no Breakfast ( maybe should have let us know before we booked) also no on site parking, and we were told that when we require fresh towels leave the used ones in the shower compartment, we did this but towels were not changed which was disappointing!
Would we stay again ? Sadly not

I am struggling to find any record of your booking as there hasn’t been a David stay for a number of weeks.
Also confused about the comment about no breakfast as I send a comprehensive email with all the details of the booking and even include ‘ room only’ in the title of the email as many guests book the lowest price without looking at what it includes. Also within the information I send, are all the Covid precautions etc which talks about room servicing during your stay. It appears if you did stay at Headland View that you failed to read anything. Parking is limited this year again due to Covid and I don’t even list as having parking on Expedia. Very few accommodation providers on the Downs offer any parking. I am sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay, however those who communicate with me in advance have all enjoyed themselves immensely.
