Already looking at coming back!
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsAbsolutely incredible hotel/spa friendly and welcoming team throughout, nothing was too much trouble. The spa had loads of rooms ice,aromatherpay,salt aswell as a hydro and fitness pool, they also have a lovely although shallow outdoor pool and jacuzzi where i spent most of my time.
Great food at the resteraunt you even get a voucher for money off the afternoon tea which was so yummy i couldnt finish it all so the team boxed it up for later!
The only minor downsides to the trip were the rooms which some are yet to be upgraded there was peeling wallpaper and a musty smell, it's worth baring in mind theres a fair few steps to get throughout the hotel for those with mobility issues.The beds themselves were a dream so cosy!!!
A huge shout out and thank you to the team as a solo traveller they made me feel ao comfortable. Already looking at booking again!

Great quiet location, close to the beach and town centre, very helpfull and friendly staff. Amazing SPA and outside area with swimming pool and jacuzzi. Highly recommended hotel.

Not overly impressed. Should have read the reviews first. We had the room with the generator outside the window! Don’t really need to repeat what has already been said in other reviews Breakfast was very disappointing, looked anemic and was not hot. Shame really as it’s a beautiful property.

Hi Katie,It is frustrating for us to recieve a message when you are on your way home when you could have spoken to any of the team or the Duty Manager during your stay.Nothing was said to us and you did not raise any issue with breakfast with anyone either - how are we supposed to know you are unhappy if you don't tell us. We could have replaced your breakfast or possibly offered an alternative room.Sadly, this is not possible once you have left the hotel and I am disappointed to read your comments.I do feel it noteworthy to highlight the extensive positive reviews of the hotel certainly outweigh the few negative and I am certain other guests will make their own opinions.
