Friendly and well equipped cottage
Publié le 9 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoied our holidays in the cottage. The kitchen is very well equipped and even without wifi it was never boring. Our kids were happy about the board games and the dvd collection. Also the short way to the beach or the town center of st. Marychurch.

Rose Cottage

Beautiful Babbacombe Cottage
Publié le 11 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe’ve just returned having stayed in the beautiful Mount Rose Cottage for our family break in Babbacombe. The host and key handler were fantastic- great with communication and responding to messages. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were of good sizes, having two bathrooms is always a bonus and the beds were really comfy! The cottage itself is only a 10 minute walk into the centre of St. Marychurch (up quite a steep hill). However, there’s a bus stop a few doors up the road which has regular services into St. Marychurch or Torquay. Parking could be an issue as there’s no driveway or designated parking spot for the cottage, but we were able to find a spot just up the road each day as others have mentioned in their reviews.

Absolutely amazing

Lots of space for the children to play in the garden.
Kitchen was well equipped. Games for the children to play.
Beautiful sized rooms.
7 people in a 2 bed and isn't didn't feel over crowded.
The bathroom downstairs has a lovely deep bath.(children loved that).
Good distance for everything beaches shops takeaways.
No WiFi made this break all the more relaxing.
Really looking forward to booking again.
