Our 3rd visit. Staff very good my only disappointment was I had booked 2 rooms for 2 days. When I booked it was free parking since my booking they charge so £40 extra. Very disappointed

Thank you for your feedback. Parking charges were introduced in April 2023 and are charged at a rate of 10 per car per day. This has ensured more spaces for our customers as spaces are no longer used by customers of other establishments. Our charges are in line with council run car parks. There is a large amount of free on street parking near to the hotel. I do hope this wont stop you returning for a 4th visit.

Great place
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HotelsGreat place to stay for a family - the facilities in the apartment and activities in the hotel are great and it’s close to the beach, Marina and Town Centre. It’s also not too far from the rest of the Riviera. We’ve lived at other good places in Torquay in the past, but this was by far the most practical and functional place for us as a family.

Lift stopped working. We were on the first floor and I had problems with the stairs. Also I requested a walk in shower….was given a step to climb into bath… too unsafe for me to use

I am sorry that our lift developed a fault during your say. we understand our difficult this must have been - our engineers were called immediately and worked as quickly as they could to repair the issue.

Overall the stay was great
But the beds are TOO HARD.

Nice pools, view and decent food but building is showing its age and overall it is overpriced, but may still appeal to the older generation

Entertainment advertised was incorrect because it was limited.
Dining was great and staff were accommodating.
Spa was amazing and staff were informative.
Floor boards were creaky. Wooden flooring was loose. On the whole, rooms need updating.
