Was initially unable to get in as no one answered the door. Room was dominated by the bed which was to large for the room. Bed was set up in the corner which is not convenient for 70 year olds. These problems aside it was ok for the money.

The hotel is close to Torquay harbour and has a decent amount of off road parking.

The property was cheap and cheerful you get what you pay for. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The staff member i seen briefly on checking in was polite and friendly but didnt really see anyone during my stay.
