The property was very well situated. Basic apartment possibly in need of a little revamp. All in all our stay was very pleasant, grounds and pool area was excellent.

Apt on la torre

The apt is very basic. Seating in living area uncomfortable. On the plus side plenty of crockery and has a dishwasher. A few issues at the start but the property manager got them sorted.

Not very good!

There were various issues: When we arrived, the "key holder" who met us did not speak a word of English. Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish so probably partly my fault but you would expect that some communication would be possible. I ordered a welcome pack. It was not there! The WiFi did not work. It was fixed after 4 days. The fridge froze all the food so we had to through away much of what we had bought. It was checked on the second day with a promise of getting it fixed. That was never done. The dish washer did not work but that was fixed after 2 days. The shower did not function properly but, again, that was fixed after 2 days. A couple of small points: It is virtually impossible to buy small quantities of both dishwasher tabs and washing machine powder. I would have expected a small quantity of each to be available in the apartment but there were none. Overall, not a very good experience and I will certainly not be booking again.
