Excellent villa for a Family or a Group of Friends

Everything was in working order.
Pool Hot Tub and Jacuzzi were all clean and working.
Location was close to the beach shops and cafes and restaurants.
Carrefour a 4 minute walk around the corner and cafes and restaurants about 300 meters away. The beach is about 700 meters down the road.
Would recommend this for groups of friends or a family.
We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic location
Publié le 29 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayAmazing looking property and location. Only 5 minute walk to shops, bars and beaches. Property is tired inside and could do with an update. Leaky shower, light fitting hanging off,some kitchen items unusable as filthy, tired sofa and cushions outside. Jazuzzi looks like it's never been cleaned.. Pool is very deep even after steps in so not great if you have small children. Overall great location and villa could be amazing but does need some money spending.

Todos los muebles son nuevos pero gracias por su consejo. De todas formas vamos a cambiar algunas decoraciones, lo tenemos en cuenta y lo vamos a hacer este otoño.
La cocina va a ser renovada completamente este otoño, con lo cual sera mejor.
El jacuzzi se limpia todas las semanas, igual que la piscina y el jardin.
En relacion a su comentario de la piscina como sabe hay 2 piscinas, una grande con zona escaleras de muy poca profundidad y mas profundidad al otro lado , y otra piscina para niños con jets de muy poca profundidad, con lo cual no entendemos que mas necesita.

Lovely holiday for everyone

Added bonus of pool, table tennis, dart board and pool table so kept everyone happy. Good links to Malaga (very reasonable taxi) and access to organised bus tours to Granada and Ronda. Would recommend. Stay was first week in September.

Nice Villa, needs some updating

The rooms were spacious enough for two families in total 9 persons. Everything was clean and fresh, except the barbecue. Matrasses however, were soft and dented, so some of us didn't get to sleep very well. Unfortunaltely, next door there were serious buildingactivities, leading to loads of dust in the garden and loud noises of appliancies being used througout the day. A sign showed this was known for a few months. So we feel we should have been warned. A bit of a bummer.
Nevertheless, the building is beautiful, communication with rentalservice was sufficient. We would stay another time.

Great location and lovely villa

Location very good for beach, bars and supermarket too.

Mooi huis en op loopafstand van het strand.

Zwembad is niet heel groot ,maar groot genoeg om een lekkere duik te nemen . De jacuzzi is lekker om even te ontspannen.
Alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand , supermarkt ,restaurants etc .
Kortom een prima locatie om je vakantie te vieren .

Mahtava rauhallinen sijainti
Publié le 12 mai 2019 sur HomeAwaySuojaisa piha kokosi perheen kasaan. Sijainti oli meidän porukalle loistava, koska kaipaamamme palvelut olivat sopivan etäisyyden päässä, autoa ei tarvittu.
"Liikkuvissa osissa" kuten suihkut, wc, ovet, pimennysverhot ja ikkunat oli havaittavissa käytöstä johtuvaa kulumista. Pidimme talosta ja paikasta kovasti, tänne voisi tulla uudestaan.

Lovely villa but should not be rented out in the winter

The electric hob was cracked and unusable causing us to spend far more than intended on eating out and agent refused to fix it. It was advertised as sleeping 12 BUT a double and small double sofa bed were in the garage which was so damp it had a dehumidifier going 24/7 causing huge mosquitoes to bite everyone in the whole place. Most furniture etc needs an update the dining room chairs were filthy. HomeAway refused to help get a refund.

Thank you for your comments. The house has air conditioning (hot and cold), it is true that the bathrooms has no device for heating, but there is normally no air conditioning in the bathroom due to security reasons. Regarding the hob was cracked but still is perfectly usable to cook, anyway it was already replaced.
About the sofa bed, it is on the semi basement bedroom, not in the garage,
The furniture is new clasic but of high quality. The dining room chairs will be changed shortly as it is true that they are not in great condition. .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ein toller Urlaub
Publié le 20 juin 2018 sur HomeAwayDas Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt! Jedoch finde ich nicht, dass es für 12 Personen geeignet ist. Es gibt noch ein Zimmer unten im Keller, dieses war voller Moskitos. Ein Urlaub mit 8 Personen kann man super machen, für mehr Personen finde ich die Zimmer nicht ausreichend. Ansonsten alles perfekt 😊
