I think this is what a six-star hotel is like
Publié le 15 déc. 2019 sur HotelsThe hotel is in the middle of the park, and all the activities are within short distance. If you are into trekking and exploring Patagonia, this is for you.
The hotel has activities and excursions fitting all ages and abilities; and there are lots of activities to choose from. You always go in small groups with a guide, and their guides are young, energetic, friendly and really know their park well.
The food at the restaurant is right up there with high end restaurant in cities.
The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful; I had problems with airline coming in, and they would help track everything down, gave me update everyday until everything was sorted.
Being all inclusive, you really just need to bring your clothes and trekking shoes (they provide trekking poles too) and you are all set. They even give everyone a water bottle as a welcome gift.

I wish I could give it 5 stars, but for the price, I was expecting perfection and I found the food just okay, the restaurant service lacking, and just not up to the standard one would expect for the price. The guides were enthusiastic and most were extremely knowledgeable.

Fantastic Vacation
