For stays of 10 days or less, the property will be considered a tourist rental—tourism contract (according to Decree-Law 9/2024, August 2, and Law 15/2018, June 7, by the Consell GVA).
For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental—seasonal contract (according to Law 29/1994, November 24, LAU, Art. 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024, December 23).
