It was not a Good stay at all. We had a resident next to us with large dog who was constantly barking. AND He appeared to be under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. The dog barked at almost every single sound. He looked like an attack dog not a pet. If this wasnt bad enough the resident upstairs appeared to be also under the influence and leering at the female guests, staff, and kids on or near the property. I understand if they live there but there has to be some type of decorum and behavior that should be expected from Hotel guests. Im beyond at a loss for words. If we hadnt just been up in Massachusetts visiting our son and were so EXHAUSTED i would've CANCELED and LEFT IMMEDIATELY from this property. I'm not asking for a Credit for another stay, I'm asking for a FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND OF MY STAY. BEFORE I GO ABOVE TO YOUR CORPORATE BOARD. Thank you, EXTREMELY UPSET, CPL. MATTHEW P. All though we really wish you had come to the desk and concerned your opinion to us we would have done something as after the whole stay the hotel won’t process any refund. i just felt like the room was not at all like the pictures, it was out dated old carpet, bed was ok, not enough toilet paper area was quiet. definitely needed more updated stuff for 155$ i was expecting better but overall was ok. at most the room should have been like 65$ cuz for the price it needs alot more redecorating fresh paint new carpet new bedding goes along way.

So dirty! Hair in bed and in bathroom. Everything was sticky and grime. Tv didn’t work. Shower curtain broken. Cigarette burn holes in bedding. GROSS
