Due to the complexity of the APCOSTAS Tropik apartments, the photographs of the interiors and exteriors are examples, they do not represent the variety of apartments we have.

At 300 m. from the beach and 300 m. from the urban center.

COMPOSITION:

3-story building. Living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace with furniture. All with TV, microwave and washing machine. Paid air conditioning.

MOD CONS:

- Small pool and bar. A proximity supermarket, tennis and nightclub.- Possibility of renting towels (€4/person/week, payment at reception).

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Equipment (sheets only), air conditioning, water, gas, electricity, arrival and departure cleaning, weekly linen change and use of the pool

WIFI: YES free.

ANIMALS: NO

TOURIST TAX: NOT INCLUDED (to be paid at reception).

DEPOSIT: €150 (card deposit).

Guests have a 24-hour customer service via WhatsApp. The WhatsApp number will be indicated at the time of receiving the reservation

For cases where we cannot have the client's email at the time of booking, the client must contact us at least 15 days before arrival at a contact email: to be able to directly manage the check-in. The client will be responsible if he cannot check in correctly on the day of arrival and we will not accept claims in this regard.



If the client does not contact within 14 days before arrival, the check-in cannot be guaranteed. The client will be solely responsible and we will not accept claims in this regard. Without news before the day of arrival, the reservation will be canceled as no show and with 100% expenses
