This house has 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a toilet. Great amplitude for a family of up to 10 people. Distributed on two floors, in the upper part there are 2 bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with barbecue and beautiful views. In the lower part there is a laundry room and 3 bedrooms that look directly onto the pool and garden area.

The Torre Vella is an urbanization 3 km from l'Estartit surrounded by pine trees and nature. A very quiet area to spend a relaxing family holiday.

Sheets are included in the price. You can also add towels to your booking (5 € for person)

The reservation in any accommodation managed by CEIGRUP TORRENT implies acceptance of these rules:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. OCCUPYING THE ACCOMMODATION WITH MORE PEOPLE THAN INDICATED IN YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT ALLOWED.
Non-compliance with the rules is grounds for retaining the deposit and forfeiting the reservation rights, thus leading to the eviction of the occupants.
All occupants of the accommodation must be properly identified before entering the premises.
Please note that according to Decree 75/2020, of August 4th, of Tourism in Catalonia: "In the event that the user of a Tourist Use Dwelling violates the basic rules of coexistence, the norms set by the responsible party of the accommodation, or breaches municipal ordinances issued for this purpose, the owner of the property, or the manager of the tourist use dwelling, must require the lessee to immediately vacate the dwelling."
