Great location
Posted Jul. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayGood location in the hills (car recommended). Torrox town has everything you need, including restaurants, bars and shops.
Large villa which can easily accommodate a big family/group. Pool was great.

Beautiful location
Posted Jun. 13, 2023 on HomeAwayWe stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful in guiding us to the property as the taxi driver was having difficulty finding the address. The pool, barbecue and property were just what we were looking for to enjoy a week away. I would recommend staying here but you’d definitely need a car to get to and from the property as it’s a 30 minute walk to the little village.

Relaxing
Posted Mar. 7, 2023 on HomeAwayA lovely villa that could do with a few updates on beds and settees, would have been good to know about the amount of steps involved getting into the villa as we are all over the age of 60 !! , also the fact that you have to go through one bedroom to get to another, a few issues but they were dealt with as quickly as could be, but a good break overall

We here give some answers to your comments:
There are two entrances to the house, either you take the steps up to the wonderful terrace with stunning view or you walk around the terrace and have only two small steps to get in to the terrace and the house. We never had any complaints about this.
To clarify regarding bedrooms on the first floor, you walk down the stairs and directly on your left hand side you have a door that leads in to the first bedroom. Then you have to your right a large bedroom with 4 beds in total, this room is often very popular for kids or for a complete family. So you do not have to walk through a bedroom to come to another bedroom, you just walk down the stairs.

Great Sunsets
Posted Oct. 15, 2022 on HomeAwayThe property was very spacious with a fabulous terrace with fantastic views and a lovely pool. The large kitchen is well equipped with an excellent range of crockery, cutlery and appliances as well as a large fridge freezer. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded rapidly to any emails I sent. The listing doesn't make it clear that this is a three bedroom property with 3 double bedrooms. The other room with 2 singles and the bunk beds is simply a space at the base of the stairs that you have to pass through to get to the 3rd bedroom so it has no privacy. Not suitable for 4 couples but fine for say 2 couples and children. Didn't bother us as we were only 3 couples but this should be clearer. I would say you definitely need a car to stay here but that wasn't a problem for us and it is easy to find. Overall we had a lovely stay here.

Yes our forth bedroom is very spacious and perfect for children with parents in the double bedroom beside or parents and children both in the forth bedroom since there is 4 beds in there.
We normally rent out to groups or 2-3 families and they appreciates this large forth bedroom a lot.

Great week away
Posted Aug. 28, 2022 on HomeAwayBooking was easy and great communication with owners. They provided all the info required although the Wi-Fi log in details sent and those provided in the Villa are different - the ones in the Villa work.
Everything within the house is as described and it’s all very comfortable and well maintained. Incredibly well stocked kitchen so lots of plates and cooking utensils. Worth checking the cupboards to see what others have left before going shopping - we found tea,Rum and a wide variety of spices which was great! Good that they don’t clear out non perishable food.
Outside space is as shown, pool is great and we spent a lot of time in there. We had adults, teens and children all swimming around (8 in total) and it was still enjoyable. The gardens it sits within are quite small (considering the description mentions a sizeable space) but beautiful and we harvested a lemon from the tree, others will be able to pick a mango or lime but they weren’t ready when we stayed.
A wonderful, relaxing week away. Thank you

About the garden just a small thing if you walk 30 meter down from our main entre gate there is another gate to your right this is our lower garden with 5000 sqm with olives, avocados, palm trees etc. so our garden is very big.
Next time you come you can explore our lower garden and harvest some avocados and olives.

Beautiful location
Posted Aug. 10, 2022 on HomeAwayBeautiful valley views, a short drive to the coast and with a great facilities (pool, veranda, etc). We had a great family holiday. There were a couple of minor hiccups during the visit, e.g. the pool needed a clean early on in our visit, but Frederik and Ulrika were very quick to fix. I definitely recommend this property!

VACANCES EN ANDALOUSIE

2 salles de bain et non pas 3 car la douche non fermée, côté piscine, ne doit pas être comptabilisée comme salle de bain.
La ville de Torrox est un peu éloignée des visites principales comme Rounda ou Grenade (4 heures de route aller et retour)

Superbe Villa
Posted Aug. 9, 2023 on HomeAwayNous avons passé 2 extraordinaires semaines dans la villa . Elle est idéalement située proche de nombreuses villages et villes d’intérêt. Située dans les hauteurs de Torrox a 10 min de la plage , on était au calme , la maison est extrêmement bien équipée les espaces sont très grands. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse, la grande cuisine , la piscine, les nombreux sanitaires . La climatisation est très appréciable la nuit, la wifi était juste un peu limite surtout dans les chambres du bas .
La procédure d’arrivée avec box de clé nous a permis d’arriver à l’heure que l’on voulait . Les propriétaires sont très réactifs.
Nous gardons petits et grands un très agréable souvenir de ces vacances .
Nous conseillons vivement cette location!
