Fabuleux Boutique Hotel

Un des meilleurs hotels que j'ai fait ces dernières années. Déco très soignée, personnelle. Au moins, on n'a pas l'impression d'être dans une chaine internationale. Et en plus, à proximité du centre, à pied sans provlème. Restaurant très sympa aussi.

tout est très bien, la chambre , la situation, le personnel efficace et souriant , le calme de l'endroit

Rooms displayed on website look nothing like the rooms you receive. We had two rooms. Both were small, dark and smelly. The bathrooms smelled like old water. One room was cleaned daily, the other room was not touched by cleaning staff in three days. Neither room had hung door cleaning request. They just came in to one room but not the other. Hotel appears to be owned by Best Western which is not very clear when you book the reservation. Not a preferred hotel company. They are known for low level hotels. You can get a better hotel for the money!

Dear Mrs Beata,You stayed at our hotel for two nights and only booked one room. Moreover, it was one of our largest rooms (37 m2), with three large windows and two balconies. Furthermore, our hotel is a boutique, privately owned and has nothing to do with Best Western. I would like to ask you if you are not confusing the facilities when giving your opinion? I would be grateful if you could contact the hotel directly to clarify the situation.

“Brand New” hotel at great location

The place has been completely renovated and is in pristine shape! Rooms are basic and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Don’t miss making use of their relaxation area (sauna and massage chairs). The place is convenient located in the outskirts of Torun New Town.

Our room was awesome, but getting in and out ...not so great. This property does not have an elevator that goes to the second floor. That's a problem if you arrive with heavy luggage. I didn't like the parking lot located couple of blocks away and no valet service...that's another problem. Otherwise the place was very nice and clean.

It is only a problem in a listed building where the conservation officer has not agreed to the installation of one. If a lift is so important to you, we suggest that you let us know when you make your booking - we will then offer you a room that can be reached by lift.Parking in the strict old town of Toruń is a problem for most venues. If this is an important factor for you, please let us know when you make your booking. We understand that these factors may have made your stay less convenient.
