The villa is spread over three levels, which have been generously and thoughtfully designed:
Second floor: a bedroom with a double bed, another with a single bed and a modern bathroom with shower offer everything you need for a restful night's sleep on this floor.
Second floor: The elegant dining area with a luxuriously equipped kitchen - including an American fridge with ice cube and water dispenser as well as a Bora stove - invites you to cook and enjoy. The adjoining dining room offers a breathtaking view of the lake, and the spacious terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.
First floor: Another bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the pool area provides extra comfort. A spacious bathroom with shower, a small laundry room and a cozy living room with TV round off the first floor.
All floors are accessible either via an elegant spiral staircase or external stairs. Due to the lack of a child safety device on the stairs, we recommend the villa for guests without small children.
The outdoor area of the villa is a real highlight: a panoramic pool, surrounded by sun loungers and comfortable seating, invites you to relax. The well-tended garden with olive and fig trees, on a 4000 m² plot, offers nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet a little paradise.
