My worst hotel Experience

We booked sea v suite and they gave us the wrong Room , after asking for the right One the argumentation was they were full. Defect safety box took 48 hours to fix and the argumentation was the service Staff arw not here. In Tjek took 60 min since they couldnt find our Pre paid order and was ULTRA confused. All in all a Nice place with the worst organisation i have ever seen . When we asked polite about the 400 difference in the Room value they asked if we wanted a cup of Coffee , and gave a card of the Experience manager which was not there about Any request Regards a hotel.com goldmember
